Established in October 1999 as an independent family ownedagency with over two decades of experience in real estate, we specialise in sales, rental and acquisition of prime residential properties in London .

From January 2005 until January 2016 we were accredited Member of 'The National Association of Estate Agents' (NAEA)

From June 2006 until June 2016. Albion Estates was a member of the Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents and joined the scheme in 2006 adopting the approved Code of Practice ensuring clients and customers for high quality standards.

Security Metrics Certified company. To ensure that high security standards are maintained, we have certified our accounts through Security Metrics so you can feel secure when arranging payments with us.
June 2010 until June 2014 We were acredited agent by the London Landlord acreditation scheme.

When we started; our first instructions

Albion Estates (initially known as Albion Lettings) started letting properties in North London since October 1999. Our portfolio of instructions initially started with single studio flats and one bedroom apartments in North London, and later on moving onto luxury studio apartments and buildings in exclusive areas of Central London and also commercial units in North and Central London. Below is a brief events summary of our history, from our first instructions since when we started in North London (Highgate) , moving onto Mayfair in Central London and recently to Crouch Hill, North London, bringing with us the high end of the property market experience.

our first office in Archway, Highgate, North London from October 1999 until October 2004 - serving North London property market
from October 2004 our office in Mayfair (off Park Lane) Central London - serving North & Central London property market. New methodology on updating clients and keeping them fully informed on the progress of the process and making recommendations on how to minimise any void period.
From December 2013, Crouch Hill, Isligton, North London - relocating back to North London - bringing top end Central London market experience in the North London property market
